The City of Eveleth is participating in the Arrowhead Regional Development Commission's Planner-On-Retainer program. ARDC will be working with the City to establish a city planning program, update its comprehensive plan, and carry out day to day planning activities.ARDC staff will hold office hours at Eveleth City Hall on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please call the main office at 218-744-7444 to check for availability. |
| Comprehensive Plan Updates

The latest draft of the Comprehensive Plan Draft is available. 6.10.09 CLICK HEREARDC is assisting Eveleth in completing a Comprehensive Plan Update. This is a process that will take up to six months. The Comprehensive Plan Update process will result in a document that identifies City goals and lists recommendations on how to achieve these goals. ARDC will be using the following process to complete the project:
The Public Input Meeting was held on October 29, 2008 to gather input from the public. You are encouraged to send your input about the process to Ben VanTassel.
