Ranier Community Plan
| Background
|
In May 2008, ARDC staff spoke with the Ranier Mayor and City Clerk, as well as representatives of Koochiching County, regarding land use planning in and around the City of Ranier. ARDC has been asked to facilitate the process of developing the Community Plan. The Community Plan is an important step for the City and the area around it. The plan will create a vision for Ranier and the surrounding areas including the waterline communities and then set a course of action for achieving it. ARDC will lead Ranier through the process with these four main steps.1. Public Visioning Session- August 5th, 2008 2. Issue Identification 3. Recommendation Development 4. Plan publication and Implementation Checklist Development |
