| Andy Hubley, Division Director

| Andy Hubley is the Director of the Regional Planning Division of the Arrowhead Regional Development Commission (ARDC), a regional development organization serving seven counties in Northeast Minnesota. Hubley has been with ARDC since 1997. He leads ARDC’s efforts in rural and small urban land use and transportation planning and has experience with strategic planning, environmental review, Geographic Information Systems, economic development, and recreation planning. Hubley has a BA in Geography from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. |
| Liz Sarabia, Division Secretary

| Elizabeth (Liz) Sarabia is the Regional Planning Division Secretary. Having worked previously for the Administrative Services/Operation Division, Liz joined the Regional Planning team in 2008. With her extensive office experience as well as field work experience she assists the director and planners through all project stages. She prepares plan/report layouts and designs, assists with research, as well as providing meeting support. Additionally she reviews incoming contracts, prepares account receivables/payables for the Regional Division. |
| Bryan Anderson, Principal Planner

| Bryan Anderson is a Principal Planner specializing in transportation issues for the Division. Anderson has a BA in Geography from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Minnesota Sustainable Development Partnership. He has been with ARDC since 2001. |
| Bonnie Hundrieser, Senior Planner

| Bonnie Hundrieser is a recently hired planner with the Regional Planning division. Previously she worked nationally, assisting with planning, group facilitation, and training curriculum for National Scenic Byways through the America’s Byways Resource Center, another division of ARDC. She has an MS degree in Natural Resources / Environmental Education from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. |
| Josh Bergstad, Senior Planner

| Josh Bergstad is a Planner for the Division and specializes in Comprehensive Planning and Zoning Administration. This is his third year with ARDC. Josh has a B.S. in Geography from the University of North Dakota and a M.S. in Economic Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. |
| Ellen Pillsbury, Senior Planner

| Ellen Pillsbury is a recently hired Planner with ARDC. She has a BA degree in Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsn-LaCrosse and a MA degree in Urban Planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Between earning her degrees Ellen worked for the City of Madison Bicycle and Pedestrian Program and Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin. Since 2000 Ellen has been a League Certified Instructor teaching individuals and groups effective bicycling skills. |

| ARDC's Regional Planning Division often employs interns from local universities to assist planners and to provide a work place experience to qualified students. Internships with ARDC are educational and rewarding. If you are a student at a Duluth area college and want to gain experience in planning and/or GIS, please contact Andy Hubley. |
